Participation in this "VISA REWARDS BENEFITS PROGRAM" is subject to the terms, conditions, regulations and procedures established by VISANT BEAUTY INTERNATIONAL.
1.- OBJECT. Provide Users with the possibility of participating in the Benefits Program, in which they will be able to exchange points for products and/or discounts in beauty salons or shops that are members of the Visant Rewards network or on the website www.visantbeauuty. com, all subject to the present regulation of bases and conditions.
2.- REACH. These terms and conditions apply to all customers who voluntarily enrol in the benefits program.
3.- REQUIREMENTS. Any natural person over the age of eighteen who voluntarily so requests may be the holder of "VISANT REWARDS".
4.- ACCESSION AND VALIDATION. Users may request membership in participating businesses or where indicated, subscribing, accepting and complying with the terms and conditions of the program.
5.- EXCLUDED PEOPLE. VISANT REWARDS reserves the right to participate with those people who are unable to participate due to technical or legal issues.
6.- BENEFITS. VISANT REWARDS does not generate the User any maintenance expense, and only provides benefits to its customers. These benefits may be subject to available stock, the number of users who wish to access, certain days of the week, or any other type of limitation that Visant Rewards agrees with the benefit provider.
7.- COMMUNICATION MEDIA. The benefits will be communicated through the Website, Social Networks, Telephone, Mail and / or any other means of communication deemed appropriate.
8.- MODIFICATION OF THE BENEFITS. The benefits may be modified according to what is established between the “Visant Rewards Program” and the participating Merchants. By virtue of any modification that occurs in the conditions of the promotion, the information promoted on a physical support (brochures), may be out of date as a consequence of the terms of issuance of the same and the modification of the benefit.
9.- ADDRESS OF USERS. Users validly declare the legal address as the email address that they provide to Visant Rewards for the notifications that it makes.
10.- POINTS. The accumulation of points will be made at the rate of one point (15) for each dollar (u$d 1), consumed in each purchase in certain products and/or services. Visant Rewards may establish a different point-weight ratio for a member store that is not a Beauty Salon. The points will be computed in full, not admitting the fractions thereof.
10.1. Modifications. It is at the unilateral discretion of Visant Beauty, the variation of the relationship between the amount of the purchase or contract and the number of points to be obtained. In the same way, the variation of the points required for the exchange of products is at the discretion of Visant Beauty.
10.2. Points are PERSONAL. They may not be assigned or transferred to third parties. In the same way, the User may not request the substitution, exchange, or replacement of the points for cash or any credit.
11.- LOADING POINTS. The Affiliated Merchants must charge the points obtained at the time of purchase, a procedure that can only be replaced by the issuance of a manual receipt in case of impossibility of loading by the system implemented for it. Said voucher will allow the loading of the points in a subsequent purchase, and the adhering Merchant must retain it once they are loaded. Visa Beauty is not responsible for those points that had not been charged at the time of purchase or had not been issued by them due to proof.
12. ADHERED TRADES. It is at the unilateral discretion of Visant Beauty and subject to the Agreements that it makes, the expansion, selection or reduction of the Merchants Adhered to the Program. Visant Beauty will provide the User with the necessary information so that he knows the participating establishments of the Program and the respective Benefits.
13.- EXPIRATION. The points obtained have a validity period of one (1) year, is computed from the date they were computed on the Card. The points computed in a certain month of the year, expire in the same month of the following year.
14. LIMIT OF ACCUMULATION. The accumulation of points by the client has a daily limit of 45,000 points.
15.- POINT CONTROL. The user will be able to know the number of points computed, both in the participating shops and on the Visant Beauty and / or Visant Rewards website www.visantbeauty.com
16. EXCHANGE. The User will have a free choice between the products and/or services published, provided they have the necessary points to obtain them, which will be discounted from the total obtained. The exchange of products will be subject to the stock available at the time of the exchange.
17.- PLACE OF EXCHANGE. Points may be exchanged for products and/or services in Affiliated Merchants or via the web at www.visantbeauty.com
18.- WEB CATALOG. By entering the Visant Beauty website www.visantbeauty.com, the User can verify the number of accumulated points and exchange them for the products published in the Web Catalog.
In it, the accumulated score necessary to obtain each product will be specified. The photos displayed in the Web Catalog are merely illustrative.
19.- DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS. The delivery of the exchanged products will be made personally in the Affiliated Merchants, where Visant Beauty indicates it, or it may be sent to the address indicated by the User.
In the case of an exchange through the website, the User may choose the delivery method, being home delivery or withdrawal by the branch selected on the website at the time of the exchange.
20.1. The maximum term for delivery or dispatch in the mail of the exchanged products will be 30 calendar days.
20.2. Additional costs. The additional expenses caused by the home delivery of the exchanged products will be borne by the User. Visant Beauty will not be responsible for any additional expense incurred by the User, which is not expressly contemplated.
21.- OWNERSHIP. AUTHORIZATION TO THIRD PARTIES. To make a purchase, exchange or withdrawal of any product, you must prove the ownership of the benefit, presenting an Identity Document. Ownership implies the authorization for the use of images, voices, personal data, address, consumer data, for commercial purposes, in the means and forms determined by Visant Beauty.
The User may exchange or withdraw the products from the Catalog, through a third party with due authorization, which will involve a telephone call to the owner.
22.- EXCHANGE OR RETURN. The changes or returns will only be made when the delivered product presents faults or breakages, or when it is not the one requested in the exchange. Claims for exchange or return must be made within seven (7) business days following the exchange when it would have been in affiliated stores, or receipt of the product when it had been via the web.
23.- CAUSES OF SUSPENSION OR CANCELLATION. Visant Beauty may cancel or suspend any adhesion to it and even the expiration of the points and/or accumulated benefits, without this generating any claim or compensation in favour of it, in the following cases:
23.1. When the User uses a Checking Account in the Affiliated Merchants and is not up to date with its payment. In this situation, with prior notification by telephone, benefits will be suspended until the current account status is regularized.
23.2. When the User abuses or has abused any privilege granted.
23.3. When the User will provide false information to Visant Beauty or to any of the Affiliated Merchants
23.4. When the User commits fraud against Visant Beauty or any of the Affiliated Merchants.
23.5. When the user is prevented from using it for technical or legal reasons.
24. CAUSALES DE SUSPENSIÓN O CANCELACIÓN. 24. SUSPENSION OF THE PROGRAM. Visant Beauty reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the Benefits Program, without obligation to justify such a measure to its Users.
Visant Beauty must notify its Users with a term of sixty (60) calendar days so that they can make the exchange of the points they have obtained so far. In the event that the User does not make the exchange, the points will expire after 60 days from the notification.
Visant Beauty reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. The total or partial modifications that Visant Beauty decides to make on these regulations will be notified to the Users in a reasonable time and in the manner determined in point 7 hereof.
This "Benefits Program" is effective as of June 1, 2020, and replaces all previous ones.
